Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conducted a visit to speak to Ukrainian forces in the eastern front on Tuesday. The president confirmed that he engaged with fighters at the operational headquarters of the initial brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya area, an urban center approximately a short distance from the city.

Critical Conditions in Pokrovsk

Updated analysis from a Ukrainian project indicated that opposition armies had made gains into Pokrovsk and its environs, though significant areas was not fully held by any party. The status is precarious, with reports indicating that Russian forces were fortifying positions and building up positions in some districts.

Invading troops continue to advance in the Pokrovsk direction and appear to be operating with enhanced confidence within the city proper.
